8kbwt Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 8kbwt (https://8kbwt.fun) and its users. 8kbwt is an internationally licensed online betting platform operated for entertainment purposes.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and around the world. By using the 8kbwt platform, you confirm that you are accessing this service in compliance with the laws of your country of residence.

8kbwt reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services at any time in the following circumstances: technical issues, regulatory directives, or other reasonable grounds. In such cases, 8kbwt will endeavor to notify users as early as possible.

2. Account Registration

The following rules must be observed when registering on 8kbwt:

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, and email — must be accurate and truthful.
• Opening an account with false or inaccurate information is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing them with any third party is not permitted.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 8kbwt may request proof of identity, proof of address, or other documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe will result in a temporary account suspension.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

The minimum age to register and bet on 8kbwt is 18. Use of this platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

• Users must accurately provide their age at the time of registration.
• If there is any doubt about a user's age, 8kbwt may request verification via national ID or passport.
• If a user is found to be underage, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

4. Deposit & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits made on 8kbwt:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka).
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.

8kbwt reserves the right to decline any deposit request if suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, the relevant funds will be returned.

5. Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 hours. Verified KYC users may experience faster processing times.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted at the same time.
• Withdrawals of large amounts (৳50,000 or more) may require additional verification.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 8kbwt:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except through the Cash Out feature.
• Pre-match bets close before the scheduled kick-off time.
• Live betting odds change in real time. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 8kbwt reserves the right to void that bet.
• The maximum bet limit per event varies by market and tournament.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, that leg will be removed and the remaining legs will stay active.

If a match does not take place within 24 hours of its scheduled date, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes will be fully refunded.

7. Bonus & Promotion Terms

8kbwt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per user.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not allowed unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 8kbwt reserves the right to void the bonus and investigate the account.
• Promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8kbwt:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets through match fixing or any other form of unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the system.
• Stealing another user's information or hacking their account.
• Disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards 8kbwt staff.

Violations of this prohibition may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

8kbwt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious betting patterns or indications of fraud.
• Extended period of inactivity on the account.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Any available balance will be returned to the user's original payment method before the account is closed, unless the funds are linked to a violation. Users may also request to close their account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

8kbwt accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Bets lost or opportunities missed due to internet disconnection.
• Unauthorized access to the account due to the user's own negligence.
• Payment delays due to disruptions in third-party services.
• Financial losses resulting from sports outcomes or betting.

8kbwt strives to maintain the highest service standards; however, brief disruptions may occur due to system maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Changes to Terms & Updates

8kbwt reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Before any changes take effect:

• A notice will be published on the website.
• A summary of the changes will be sent to your registered email address.
• For major changes, at least 7 days' advance notice will be provided.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please close your account.
